Introduction
500 years before Raya and the Last Dragon, Kumandra is united, but mainly by law. The 5 populated areas; Heart, Spine, Talon, Tail, and Fang are growing more independant. Though there is generally peace, it's far from what you would call a utopia as potrayed by the history books. With the population increasing and food production remaining the same, there's a growing socio-economic gap. People have begun stealing food.
